She has well over 20 years of experience in nursing, and has engaged in a lifestyle that embraces wholistic principles and whole food diets. From her work in health, she firmly believes a natural approach to create a balance and harmony in the body through prevention and right living is the path to health.
Roseanne thoroughly enjoys assisting her clients with whatever challenges they bring to her and effecting this help through the holistic practice of Reflexology.
Reflexology is the ancient holistic health practice and science. Its purpose is to increase blood supply and vitality to organs, and release tension. It is known to be successful in healing previously stubborn conditions. It improves overall alignment of body energies, nerve function and digestion. In essence, it brings body balance “Homeostasis”.
Through her research, Roseanne has discovered that one must treat the whole being, not just the body, to reach complete fullness and health.
It has been shown over centuries of study that certain points of the body will have a profound impact if we work with those points. The feet are particularly unique as it is the point at which we are grounded to the earth.
Crystals build in the feet due to gravity. It is the point at which we have earth energy enter us, therefore an important energy point and one which upon clearing greatly impacts the whole being, especially the bridge between the physical and etheric body.
